The year kicked off with exciting new developments for the S1GP Supermoto Hungarian Grand Prix, set to take place September 4–6, 2026, at the Black Star Speedway in Visonta. The track, which underwent significant upgrades last year—including the addition of a new Sky Section—continues to be expanded this year, promising an even higher-quality race in Visonta.
Following last year’s positive feedback, the event organizer anticipates a growing number of entrants, and it has already been decided that the race program will expand in 2026 to include at least one additional category: the S4 championship, which takes place on an asphalt track. Thanks to this, this year’s event will consist of three full days.
To meet the growing demand, the track owner has also taken action: the area of Paddock 1 will be expanded by 1,200 square meters, bringing the total paved paddock area to 6,500 square meters. Based on positive feedback, the floor area of the BSSW terrace is also being expanded, offering an excellent view of the track from the pit lane.
A new medical station will be located beneath the rooftop terrace, marking a major step forward for the Visonta circuit in terms of event and sports safety. In addition to the expansion of the paddock and terrace, the spectator area next to the Sky Section will also be further developed, providing space for a stage and additional vendors and food and beverage stands.
The spectator experience is enhanced by TM Moto Hungary
In addition to the track’s infrastructure developments, TM Moto Hungary, the official domestic distributor of TM motorcycles, has also joined the 2026 event.
TM Moto motorcycles are produced in small batches in Italy with a focus on racing. Thanks to their in-house developed engines, precise assembly, and high-quality suspension components, they are a serious contender, particularly in the enduro and supermoto categories, as they are machines specifically tuned for performance.
The TM Moto Hungary showroom, which has opened in Polgárdi, features the manufacturer’s display bikes, genuine parts, and service offerings, and visitors also have the opportunity to test ride the bikes on-site. Those interested can also purchase season tickets for the 2026 S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix at a discounted price at the showroom.
TM Moto Hungary is preparing a spectacular display for the event; according to plans, the latest motorcycles and merchandise will be on display in BSSW Visonta’s new fan zone, located between the Sky Section and the paved on-road track section.
In addition to the race, TM Moto Hungary is also connected to the sport through Dávid Bereczki, last year’s runner-up in the Junior European Championship and winner of the domestic race in the Austrian Championship, who is already competing on TM Moto motorcycles this year and, as his career progresses, plans to race on TM motorcycles in the European Championship as well.
