The S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix Returns — Now with a New Date!

The finest of Supermoto racing will once again take over Black Star Speedway Visonta from September 4–6, 2026, bringing back the event that delivered one of Hungary’s greatest motorsport triumphs.

Ticket sales are now open on the official S1GP.hu website and through the Eventim network for the S1GP Supermoto Hungarian Grand Prix, set to take place at Black Star Speedway Visonta from September 4–6, 2026.

This year marked the first-ever Supermoto World Championship round held in Hungary — and it was an instant hit with fans, drawing over 4,000 spectators to the newly renovated and expanded circuit over the two-day weekend.

The debut World Championship weekend was also a strong showing for Hungarian riders: in the S1GP class, Balázs Surányi and Gergő Kardos represented the home crowd, while in the SM Junior European Championship, Dávid Bereczki and Zétény Tóth flew the Hungarian colors.

Hungarian fans will long remember Dávid Bereczki’s stunning performance, as the young rider claimed his first-ever European Championship victory, a moment that quickly went viral — reaching over one million views on social media within just a few days. Bereczki went on to win again at the following Italian round and finished the season second overall in the championship standings.

Extended Program & Discounted Tickets

Spectators praised the friendly, people-focused atmosphere of Black Star Speedway Visonta and the affordable access to the event. Keeping this spirit alive, the organizer continues to offer budget-friendly day and weekend passes. Under the *Super Early Bird* offer, the first 300 adult weekend tickets are available for 8,990 HUF, while children’s tickets** start at 6,990 HUF. Admission remains free for children aged 0–6.

A new addition for the 2026 event will be the inclusion of the S4 category, joining the S1GP World Championship, the S2 European Championship, and the SM Junior European Championship. The arrival of this new class is expected to encourage more Hungarian riders to compete and further enrich the program for spectators.

A huge crowd witnessed the inaugural S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix

Thanks to these additions, the 2026 S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix will feature three full days of on-track action, all open to the public. Tickets are also available for Friday, and weekend and Paddock passes will grant access from that day as well. The organizers are once again preparing spectacular stunt shows, which were a major hit this year, along with additional evening entertainment starting Friday night.

“The first S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix allowed us to showcase Black Star Speedway Visonta and the best of Supermoto racing to a wide new audience. For next year, we want to raise the bar even higher — by creating a true Fan Zone and expanding the Paddock area,” said Adél Kolarovszki, Managing Director of Black Star Speedway Kft. “We warmly welcome everyone who joined us in 2025, and our goal is to make the S1GP Hungarian Grand Prix even more renowned and attract an even broader community of motorsport fans.”
